Flovent Inhaler 125 mcg

Fluticasone (Flovent) is a corticosteroid. Fluticasone (Flovent) prevents the release of certain substances in the body that cause inflammation. Fluticasone (Flovent) is used to prevent asthma attacks. This medicine is not a cure.
If you are using any other inhaled medications, ask your doctor or pharmacist whether you should inhale these medications a certain amount of time before or after you use Fluticasone (Flovent) inhalation. Ask your doctor, pharmacist, or respiratory therapist to show you how to use it. Practice using the inhaler while he or she watches.

How to use:
Fluticasone is usually inhaled twice a day. Use exactly as directed.

Side Effects:
Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away :

• Back/Joint Pain
• Diarrhea
• Difficulty Speaking
• Headache
• Stuffy Nose

Interactions:
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to the formulation of this medication or any other medication in any other form.

Missed Dose:
Do not double doses to make up for a missed dose.
