Megalis (Generic Tadalafil) is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. During sexual stimulation, Megalis (Generic Tadalafil) enables the penis to fill with enough blood to cause an erection. It is blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5). This helps the smooth muscles in the penis to relax and widen, which allows for more blood to enter.

How to use:
You should take one tablet (10mg or 20mg) daily. Megalis is to treat male impotence (eg, men's erectile dysfunction). It is supposed to be used for other purposes.

Dosage:
If you miss a dose of Megalis and you still intend to engage in sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember. Continue to take it as directed by your doctor.

Side effects:

• upset stomach following meals
• back pain

Precautions:

• Sexual stimulation is required for Megalis (Generic Tadalafil) to be effective.
